I recently subscribed to Merriam-Webster’s Word of the Day emails. I'm learning big words like “pronunciamento” and “rodomontade.” And while I know effective communications are best written in a simple, easy-to-understand language, being introduced to new words and their origins is important to me, especially as a writer, educator and reader.
Learning the history of the daily words and taking the quizzes that follow, keep my brain engaged and help me grow as a thinker. And, besides, it’s fun.
Keeping your clients engaged might require the type of communications that push them to grow and think. Seasoned writers know how to use language to bring ideas to life … to share amazing stories, build strong communities of like-minded thinkers, and even motivate people to take action. It’s like a super power.
I use my super power to create communications for smart business owners and marketers that are easy to read, comprehensive, interesting and, in some cases, fun.
And, I can do the same for you. But, don’t worry; I’ll leave the big words to the quizzes.
